Shipping Information

ComboWasherDryer.Com provides high quality and well-engineered laundry appliances. These units have a shipping weight between 135 lbs - 185 lbs and are only shipped on freight trucks (i.e. they are too large for UPS/FedEx delivery).

National or regional freight carriers do freight deliveries. Depending upon your location, the shipping cost is between $130 and $199 aaprox.(for the 48 contiguous states only).

The different types of shipping provided by us are :

Canada Shipping
The Residential shipping for Canada would be approximately $300 to $400 Per Unit. If you go with terminal Pick up or Dock-to-Dock Business Delivery, that can save you on shipping. We will call you to know your shipping needs and will get back with you with the exact Shipping Amount to proceed with the Order.

Standard Shipping
It is Delivery to Curbside outside residence.

Threshold Shipping*
It is delivery to the front door of the residence up to the 1st floor of the building.

White Glove Shipping*
It includes delivery to the room of your choice, unpacking and removal of debris up to the 1st floor of the building.

* All of the above are up to the 1st floor only. From the 2nd floor onwards, an additional charge of $25 per floor is applicable if there is a freight elevator. If no freight elevator is present then the charges are $35 per floor.

When you receive the unit, if any freight damage is observed, you have the right to reject the shipment. Once you have signed for a shipment and received it, the freight companies allow for 10 days to report any hidden damage so that a claim can be filed.

Restocking Fee Policy

Restocking Fee Policy We will refund 90% of the amount, excluding freight provided the machine is returned to us in brand new condition; in the original box. The customers will pay the cost of the freight for return. Please take a look at our return policy for your reference
